Alibarbar Watermelon Ice: Flavour Notes & Which Model to Buy
Watermelon Ice is watermelon with the cooling built into the name. Two Alibarbar models list it, the Ingot 9000 and the Swirl 13000, but when we checked on 1 November only the Ingot had it in stock. This page explains the flavour and what to do while the Swirl is out.

What Alibarbar Watermelon Ice is
Watermelon Ice names one fruit and an ice tag. Watermelon is a lighter, juicier-sounding fruit than berries or grape, and the ice tag tells you the recipe includes a cool finish. On the Ingot there is no cooling control, so that coolness is fixed.
Watermelon turns up across the Alibarbar range in other combinations: Strawberry Watermelon and Strawberry Coconut Watermelon on the Ingot, and plain Watermelon and Blueberry Watermelon on the Ice Adjust. Watermelon Ice is the one to choose if you want watermelon on its own and cold without adjusting anything.

The ice comes from the recipe on both models. If you want watermelon with cooling you set yourself, the Ice Adjust 12000 lists a plain Watermelon you can cool with its dial and ice button.
