Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. There are no change-of-mind returns after dispatch. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

OZ Vape Direct ships every order from one of five Australian warehouses: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Every parcel goes out with Australia Post and is fully tracked. The tables below show Australia Post’s published delivery estimates in business days. Days are counted from the business day after your order is posted, and weekends and public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guarantees. Orders placed before 2pm Sydney time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are posted the next business day.
Our checkout ships by standard Australia Post: A$15, or free on orders of A$150 or more. Express Post times are Australia Post’s published estimates, shown for reference only; Express is not a checkout option.

- Source: Australia Post, Express Post / Parcel Post – Domestic Delivery Estimator 2024 (PDF, v2 August 2023). Australia Post says the delivery standards are current as at 1 July 2023 and may be revised at any time.
- All times are estimates, not guarantees. They are counted in business days following the day of posting and exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery speed can vary with network congestion, weather and remote-area routing.
- Each city is matched to an Australia Post delivery region using one sample postcode (shown in brackets). Suburbs outside that postcode range may fall in a different region with different times, e.g. Geelong 3221+, other Central Coast suburbs, or Tweed 2485.
- ★ = Express Post next-business-day guarantee network. It applies only when both the sending and receiving postcodes are in Australia Post’s next-business-day network and the item is retail Express Post lodged before the posting cut-off. Yellow Express Post street boxes generally close Mon–Fri before 4pm, earlier in Perth and some locations. Items lodged in red street boxes or Parcel Lockers are not covered, and Express Post eParcel (contract) items are not covered by the guarantee.
- Darwin is not part of the Express Post next-business-day network.
