Every Newcastle order is picked and packed at our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, then handed to Australia Post. Dispatch depends on when you order, in Sydney time:
| When you order (Sydney time) | Usual dispatch |
|---|---|
| Business day, before 2pm | Same business day |
| Business day, after 2pm | Next business day |
| Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday | Next business day |
Same-day dispatch applies when the items are in stock, payment has cleared and the order passes our standard checks. Once dispatched, most parcels arrive 3–7 business days later. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and Australia Post sets the final timing:
| Delivery area | Typical estimate after dispatch |
|---|---|
| Capital-city and major metro addresses | Usually toward the shorter end of 3–7 business days |
| The Hunter and regional NSW | Within 3–7 business days in most cases |
| Remote areas | Can take longer than 7 business days |
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, so NSW public holidays add a business day. Your order travels as a discreet, ordinary Australia Post parcel with no “vape” wording on the outside. Tracking details are sent after dispatch; see our shipping policy for the full detail.
