| Is there Express, same-day or next-day delivery? | No. Every order goes by standard Australia Post; there is no Express option. |
| What is the dispatch cut-off? | 2pm (14:00) Sydney time on a business day. |

Every Adelaide order is picked and packed at our Adelaide warehouse, then handed to Australia Post. Dispatch depends on when you order, in Sydney time:
| When you order (Sydney time) | Usual dispatch |
|---|---|
| Business day, before 2pm | Same business day |
| Business day, after 2pm | Next business day |
| Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday | Next business day |
Same-day dispatch applies when the items are in stock, payment has cleared and the order passes our standard checks. Once dispatched, timing depends on the warehouse, the Australia Post service and your postcode. Australia Post’s published estimates are below; they are estimates, not guarantees, and Australia Post sets the final timing:
| Delivery area | Australia Post estimate (business days after posting) |
|---|---|
| Adelaide (5000) | Parcel Post: estimated 2–3 business days from our Adelaide or Melbourne warehouse |
| Other regional and remote addresses | Varies by postcode; check Australia Post’s delivery speeds page |
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, so South Australian public holidays (and NSW ones on the dispatch side) can add a business day. Your order travels as a discreet, ordinary Australia Post parcel with no “vape” wording on the outside. Tracking details are sent after dispatch; see our shipping policy for the full detail.

How fast is delivery to Adelaide?
Adelaide orders ship from our Adelaide warehouse, with Melbourne as an equally fast alternative. Australia Post estimates Parcel Post at 2–3 business days and Express Post at 1 business day (Adelaide is in the Express Post next-business-day network). Days are counted from the business day after posting. These are estimates, not guarantees, based on the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Estimator 2024.
- Parcel Post: estimated 2–3 business days from our Adelaide or Melbourne warehouse.
- Express Post: estimated 1 business day ★ from our Adelaide or Melbourne warehouse.
★ = Australia Post Express Post next-business-day guarantee network. It applies only to retail Express Post lodged before Australia Post’s posting cut-off (yellow Express Post street boxes generally close Mon–Fri before 4pm, earlier in Perth and some locations); items lodged in red street boxes or Parcel Lockers, and Express Post eParcel items, are not covered. Our store order cut-off is separate: orders placed before 2pm Sydney time on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Our checkout ships by standard Australia Post: A$15, or free on orders of A$150 or more. Express Post times are Australia Post’s published estimates, shown for reference only; Express is not a checkout option. See our estimated delivery times from all 5 warehouses, or check your exact postcode on Australia Post’s delivery speeds page.
